The most economical way to spend a day fishing on the Gulf of Mexico is aboard a head boat, also known as a party boat. Pelican Adventures is home to Vera Marie, our 75-foot fishing boat for up to 65 passengers. Trips are around 6 hours and each angler is given an assigned cooler for their catch. These are an excellent choice for a beginner and a lot of fun for kids, however, many seasoned anglers also prefer the atmosphere and excitement with the crowd!
