Here at Pelican Adventures, we offer a variety of fishing tours in Destin, Florida including private charters, shared fishing, and party/walk-on fishing.. Whether you’re a first timer on a budget or a deep sea fishing enthusiast, we’ve got you covered. With generations of charter fishing experience, Pelican Adventures has the knowledge and time investment to give you an excellent fishing adventure.
All trips include fishing license, bait, tackle, equipment, and fish cleaning.
Private Charter Fishing
We offer private charters on several of our fishing boats to accommodate large or small groups of any size. Private charter trips can range from 4 hours up to 12 hours for bottom fishing, trolling, site fishing offshore. We may target any number of species depending on the season, including a variety of Snapper, Grouper, Trigger, Drum, Sheepshead, Amberjack, Tuna, Swordfish, and many others.
Shared Fishing
$149-$159 per person for a 6-hour trip. Shared fishing charters will have between 8-25 passengers on the boat. This is the perfect fishing trip at a great value if you want an option in-between the party boat with 65 people and the private charter. On the shared charter, you will be bottom fishing for a variety of fish including Snappers, Porgies, Mingo, Sea Bass, and more.
Party/Walk-On Fishing
$89-$99 per person depending on which trip you choose. This trip is an excellent introduction to fishing our beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters aboard the Vera Marie. The party boat trip can accommodate up to 65 anglers. Party Boats are a fun and affordable way to enjoy deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

We suggest bringing a 6-pack cooler with food, drinks, a hand towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses. First timers may want to take some non-drowsy motion sickness medication. $3000 Swordfish/Deep Drop
10 to 12 hour. We fish for Swordfish in 1200′ to 2000′ deep water. We fish a 42′ Hydracat named “Deep Obsession“. What used to take us 24 hours to do, we now do in half the time saving you money and time. Many times we catch Mahi Mahi and Tuna while waiting for a Swordfish bite. We may also deep drop for Grouper and Tilefish in 400′ to 900′ deep water.
